Roser Servera Blasco

Earned her Degree in Law from the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) in 2019.

Obtained a Master’s Degree in International Law and a Master’s Degree for Admission to the Bar at the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE) in Madrid in 2019-2020.

She furthered her legal training through several international specialisation courses, including the Privacy Data Security Certificate, awarded by Georgetown University (Washington, D.C., 2019), a language immersion programme in Santa Barbara (California) and the Postgraduate Expert in Public Contracts (University of Deusto, 2022).

After completing her master’s degree internship at Buades Legal, she joined the firm to dedicate herself to what she believes to be her vocation.

Aside from law, playing the piano, travelling and sports take up most of her time; she is a crossfit and obstacle course enthusiast. She enjoys a good concert or a walk by the sea.

Aina Gotarredona Morey

Graduate with Law degree from the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona (UPF) in 2020.

She obtained a Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the Advanced Institute of Law and Economy (ISDE) in Barcelona in 2020-2021.

Following a Master’s degree apprenticeship at Buades Legal, she joined this law firm to work full-time in her vocation.

She enjoys playing sports, especially cross-fit, beach volleyball and paddle tennis, as well as strolls with her dog in the mountains and spending time with her friends.

Bárbara Arbona Barceló

Graduate with Law Degree at the University of the Balearic Islands in 2021.

Graduate with Business Administration Degree at the University of the Balearic Islands in 2021.

Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the University of the Balearic Islands in 2022.

She worked as an Accounts Auditor for more than one year; which helped her to know and analyse the internal situation of companies.

She enjoys spending her free time outdoors in natural settings and in the countryside. An excursion with family or friends is her ideal plan.
In addition to being an enthusiastic reader, like every good Mallorcan, she enjoys, “although sometimes she suffers”, a good football match with her father on Sunday.

Sara Lao Torroella

Graduate degree in Law and Business Administration from the International University of Catalonia (UIC) in 2019-2020.

She obtained a Master’s degree in Access to the Legal Profession at Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) in 2021.

Master’s degree in Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate and Financial Management at the Higher Institute of Law and Economics (ISDE) in 2023.

She has enhanced her legal training with several courses of a varied nature, most notably, Personnel Selection, Human Resources Management and Services at the Antonio de Nebrija University (Madrid, 2019), a course on Management Skills and Competences at the same university (Madrid, 2019) and finally an online course on Justice taught by Harvard University (2020).

She has joined the law firm, Buades Legal, to pursue her passion, the practice of law.

Beyond the professional sphere, sports, volunteer work with non-profit foundations and animals occupy her time when she is not dedicated to her ongoing career training

Irene Marcos Martín

Graduate with Law Degree at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) in 2021.

Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the School of Legal Practice of the Complutense University of Madrid in 2023.

She received the Agenda 2030 Award for her Final Degree Thesis (TFG).

Co-Author of “Expropiación Forzosa. Análisis práctico” (“Forced Expropriation. Practical analysis”).

She combined her law studies with her job as an academic revision teacher and with her first Internship. The legal profession and teaching are and always have been her vocation.

Her first contact with the law firm, Buades Legal, was due to the Public Speaking contest that the firm organizes at the UIB, in which she was a finalist on two occasions. After carrying out her Master’s Degree apprenticeship in the Madrid Head Office of an international law firm, she joined Buades Legal.

Beyond her professional career, she loves to play tennis and paddle tennis. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Andreu Palou Alomar

Graduate with Law Degree at the University of the Balearic Islands in 2019.

In 2019, he participated in an apprenticeship in the Public Prosecutor field.

Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the University of the Balearic Islands in 2020.

He joined the law firm after having worked in a prestigious law firm in Palma de Mallorca.

He loves to play sports in his free time, especially paddle tennis as well as going for strolls and spending time with his friends.

Jordi Perello Coll

Degree in Law as well as Business Management and Administration at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) in 2020.

Master’s degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) in 2021.

At present in the 2023 academic year, he is studying for a Master’s Degree in Civil Liability and Insurance at the University of Granada.

He joined the Civil Liability department of the Law Firm as an enthusiastic expert in this field.

His other passions include endurance sports competitions, travelling, music and good food.

Marta Payeras Rossell

Graduate degree in Law from the Ramón Llull University, ESADE in Barcelona (2014-2018) and at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark (2017).

Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Master’s Degree in International Business Law from the Ramón Llull University, ESADE in Barcelona (2018-2019).

Member of the Bar Association of the Balearic Islands (ICAIB).

She joined the firm after 4 years of professional experience in the Corporate, M&A and Real Estate Department for two Big Four consulting firms in Barcelona and Palma de Mallorca.

She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves to go sailing and travel. And she takes advantage of her free time to go running and play paddle tennis.
